Name: Indira Aditi
Age: 568 (looks about twenty eight)
Gender: Female
Group: Marelock
Job: Previously, worked as a teacher at a Dreamland Orphanage. Has now decided to rally a group of her kind to better the lives of Marelocks who feed off emotion.
Appearance: Indira appears Indian in descent, with smooth, dark coffee skin and thick black hair. Her features are elegant, refined looking. Finely arched brows, proud cheekbones, slender nose and thin lips, there is something inherently teacherly about her. In fact, her dark hair is more often that not tied back with the use of a few chewed-upon pencils. Her eyes don’t match the rest of her looks which have a tendency to give her a cold expression when she isn’t thinking about it; Large, brown and perpetually hopeful. She tends to wear very plain clothes that don’t do much to flatter an otherwise acceptably womanly shape. Fashion has never been Indira’s strong point. Only noticeable when compared with her right arm, her left arm is crooked, having been broken at a young age and set improperly.
Personality: Despite the way Indira preaches peace, she could hardly be classified as liberal. She’s quite intelligent, in a very bookish way, and likes to remove herself from emotion, approaching situations in a purely rational and logical manner. In her own way, she’s power-hungry, stemming mostly from a bitterness carried over from a trying childhood. As a Marelock who feeds off emotion, she was often ostracized, without a place or group or things in common with others very often. As she grew up, she thought this wildly unfair. And although it was true that Marelocks like her had a difficult time fitting into a world still working in perfect halves, her personality tended to alienate people just as much, if not more so, than her blood. She’s not mean, although she tends to come off as cold, and doesn’t seem to be willing to go out of her way for anyone if it doesn’t make sense.
Powers: Like any Marelock who feeds off emotions, she does not need Fear or Joy.
