Dreamland

The Dream capital, often referred to as the city of gems, is like Disney and Paris meshed into one. The sidewalks glitter, music seems to be a constant occurence that floats in the background. It's devoid of the grit and intensity of Chimera, and most people are friendly and open (unless you're a Nightmare-- they're easy to spot, being the only ones in sunglasses).
